Kentucky was only one of 2 states that didn't restore voting rights to convicted felons, this is normal everywhere.

Many will only respond with the rage-inducing headline, but its important to note this part: "Kentucky was one of just two states with a blanket, lifetime voting ban on felons.", so unless you live in KY or IA, this is normal. This is for those that served their sentence.

Beshear is flooding Kentucky with criminals. Quick, remove the people's right and ability to defend themselves and their families!

How? Bevin is the one who pardoned convicted rapists and murderers, some of whom have barely started serving their sentences. Beshear is just letting those that already completed their sentences vote.

I assume a court challenge has already been filed. I have no issue with the concept of a process to restore rights but that is a legislative role.
