I read them over and over. I’m almost 50. Maybe other people should just write better books.

@jk_rowling are the Harry Potter books noy for all ages? In my 30s I was cajoled into reading them by my coworkers - twenty-somethings to sixty-somethings. I loved them then, I love them now...in my 50s.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

A good book is a good book. Age has nothing to do with it.

Well that’s stupid. If it’s a best seller it’s a best seller. Just because someone is pissed their fortieth installment of a homicide series got pushed aside doesn’t change that. Write better and come up with better content.

My son convinced me to read them when I was in my early forties. At fifty , I have read them three times and still love them.

What's particularly sad are the people who thought these books were non-fiction and tried to get them banned for corrupting children with witchcraft.

How pathetic. Jealousy knows no boundaries. Regardless of what list they are put on, everyone knows, they are number 1 overall. They are so sad to believe we are stupid enough not to know. We are an educated people, it doesn't matter how you list it we can read the numbers.

The worst books for children! Teaching them Witchboards, Sorcery and all that demonic crap! Keep children as far as possible away from this (my view)

Sir,please read the books before judging. As in Lord of The Rings and other tales that there is conflict between good & evil and from those books we learn to be brave kind loving people.Harry doesn't use black magic (sorcery)& there are no whitchboards. He even has a God parent.pic.twitter.com/BM4rKL970Q
