Good! I hope they win, and asap! Kemp seems to be of questionable character, and wouldn't make a very good governor. He's despicable.

Before commenting read the article. All can vote if they bring a valid ID to the polls. Just like everyone else in GA. There is no denying voter rights here. Stop the lies.

Hey NPR, you finally reported something that’s been going on for weeks.

So does that leave the door wide open for anyone wanting to challenge voting results, since those denied their legal right to vote could have resulted in different election outcomes?

They filed a lawsuit. The lawsuit will not see a court room considering the secretary of state was following state policy.
-
But the state policy conflicts with Federal Law and runs afoul of past legal precedent on the constitutionality of such policies. It will go to court and the Secretary of State (as well as the state) will lose.
-
They are attempting to sue the SoS. He did not create the policy. Simply obeyed it.This was a ploy to get in headlines and get people upset. Suing the state on the other hand, wouldn't have made ignorant people upset at one GOP candidate before elections, so their ploy worked.
-
It's somewhat common to sue the official enforcing the state policy when the policy is believed to be illegal/unconstitutional.

Maybe these civil rights groups are afraid that the sec of state will find out that these 53k registrations actually belong to only 25 or 30 people??
-
Then that should be easy to figure out! 25 to 30 people? Get on it GA! You may have to use your toes!
-
Lol, typical liberal, not enough common sense to be able to recognize sarcasm!!!
