And replaced by impromptu and transparent speaking engagements, like on the White House lawn, official ceremonies, during meetings with representatives, surprise interviews with the President, meetings in the cabinet room. We're getting more sight & information than we ever did.

Its good data and I'd like to see a measurement of all talking to press/public. I think the number of press briefings has fallen because it isnt the most effective way of communicating directly to Americans
