          The Foreign Emoluments Clause does not mention the president. Only and specifically "office members." Which means this is just a ploy and will be thrown out eventually.

          Only if congress witholds consent. And Trump doesn't own the Supreme Court, as he is trying to do. (See Kavanaugh's unexplained gambling debts.)
