This is the attorney at the forefront of the "resist movement" and the one who stood beside Hillary. That makes her a loser and America owes her nothing. #Vote4Kavanaugh

Is this the attorney who failed to tell her that she could have had the senators come to California for private questioning rather than drag her on a plane to the public Washington setting????

Surprising LOL Well, they had 45 days to conduct an investigation back in July. Why didn't they??

It is hard to find something in a background check when the original crime was never reported. Apparently people knew about this but chose not to say anything at the time of all his other background checks for the federal judgeship and his time in the Bush Admin

Ran out of room for the alleged. My point is there is nothing real, like physical evidence, to investigate. Their report should be a transcript of the testimony from yesterday. After 36 yrs it is nothing more than he said she said.

Sure. But without evidence - this would never make it in court. It would be thrown out faster than you can say guilty.

We heard it all yesterday. There is no physical evidence. The FBI cannot and will not say who is telling the truth. They can only point to inconsistencies in the stories they told. So just what are they investigating.
