So they were granted asylum based on fraudulent claims and are now facing deportation as a result. Why is that news? Isn't that how the system should work?

Wow, probably scientist, engineers, entreperours. Who said this is a good idea. A racist president.

The only sure way to commit immigration fraud and get a way with it is to marry a billionaire.

If they were granted asylum and they are deported (WHY???) they will face brutal prison terms if they return to China. This is an outrage! The US has little credibility as it is, this is even worse!!

Well the dilemma of this situation is that most of them who face deportation counterfeited their cases, and they could face prison in China. I don't agree that they should be deported but, just to clarify, they are not innocent.

The United States should do well by the Chinese people, in as many situations as possible. They're an excellent trading partner. Their people are industrious, and sincere.

Jeff Sessions should be put in Chinese prisomn and then decide if he should persue "fictional" asylum cases.

What did he think was going to happen? That lawyers were going to be the only guilty party here? It’s always the little people that pay the price.
