"Overall we were extremely lucky," McKee said. "There was significant flooding of our lower lying areas and multiple trees lost. Some fencing was damaged. We are very thankful that all of the animals are safe and back home on the farm."

McKee continued: "We are indebted to all of our staff and our amazing supporters who made this all possible. Penelope the pig made out the best. She is especially happy with all the new mud to bathe in. If pigs could smile, she would be."
