I’m partial to the brand called Siggi’s Icelandic style that has lower sugar. Another option is plain Greek yogurt that you sweeten yourself.

Only eat plain full-fat of any style. I feel full-fat satisfies and has a slower uptake of milk sugars. I sometimes add nuts and some fresh fruit.

I add fresh topping that comes from nuts... especially for breakfast in the morning so that its built up overnight. its satisfies.
