Wish he were caught sooner. So sorry for the families who's loved ones were killed by this monster!

The Wall was never necessary. If this Admin had bothered to pay attention to the last several years of reports on Border Agent bad behavior, they would have realized the drug trafficking, money laundering and murderers came from within.

Yet another reason why people don't trust @CBP and why it desperately needs reform and more oversight / restriction. What's the saying about one rotten apple (spoils the whole barrel)? CC: @JohnCornyn and @tedcruz

Agreed, but was more meant that the rotten apple was in the past, and it continues to spoil the barrel - this being a result of that original rotten apple that has allowed this and other unfathomable behavior to flourish within the organization.

@NPR Just a note that using language like "prostitute" is dehumanizing and frequently suggests that the victims' behavior put them at fault. The preferred nomenclature is "sex worker". That being said, AP has retracted their statement that victims were sex workers. Fact check.

Sex workers are prostitutes. And yes it is a dangerous job.
