I don’t know why the Iowa Caucuses are taking so long, it should be as simple as using Concur to book a flight, make a hotel reservation or report your travel expenses!

Job offers are usually celebrated - but sometimes not so much. My fave line in excellent advice from : 'You can’t know for sure where you’ll land, but you can try to understand what direction this job will set you off on.'

It blows my mind that people still get insulted by the idea that degrees should lead to careers, as if "job" is a dirty word that's below our university sensibilities Work is not shameful and we won't help our graduates until we stop acting like it is.

Most jobs are never posted, and few people land a job by submitting a resume to an online job advertisement. You need to get out there and meet people, tell them what your skills and talents are, and how you can benefit their organization and institution.
