That's strange. While on a browser, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies: http://yt.be/help/9RPp . Also, while using an app, try uninstalling & reinstalling the app updates after restarting the device. That should clear things up. Let us know how it goes.
But I can't click a thing. the menu stays still on the loading screen. I can send the feedback from the other profile though, but I don't know if that may help.

We'd recommend sending feedback from a different browser while signed into your account to check if that goes through. Keep us posted.

I'd like to do so, but alas I cannot on any browser. I'll try it from the app, since it's the only thing that lets me change profile without problems. (though from android's google chrome I still cannot change profile from gio to lingfox)
