YES, . All New Jerseyans deserve tools to keep our communities safe by holding those in power accountable. We need public access to police disciplinary records, CCRBs with subpoena power, to end qualified immunity, and more.

Policy experts, directly impacted people, academics, lawyers, and even some law enforcement professionals came forward to testify against these bills. Piles of opposition slips. All while police brutality makes headlines. The legislature was unmoved.
