Enact the nation’s strongest protections
Require mandatory evaluations of environmental and public health impacts of certain facilities on overburdened communities

No, the garbage gets dealt with correctly, without polluting poor areas. Landfills work if done right, but historically it's been cheaper to just pollute poor areas. NJ is doing it right.

Environmental justice? So this legislation must prioritize soil health? Eliminate cash crop subsidies? Outlaw factory farm feed lots and require livestock to be raised on pasture. Reward increases carbon content of agricultural soils. Right? If not, you aren't addressing climate.
