    Our article on Merkel’s legacy is in the latest issue of Finnish ‘Foreign Affairs’. While she has been an efficient crisis manager, ‘merkeln’ left many DE foreign policy questions unresolved. Not sure whether ‘laschetn’ or ‘scholzn’ will be much better 🧐
