    ‘Orchid’, the male cancer charity are holding a roadshow to raise awareness among black African and black Caribbean men about their increased risk of prostate cancer. They'll be at Stratford Shopping Centre, 54a Broadway, E15 1NG on Sat 29 June.

    Following on from Waltham Forest, our final Roadshow this month will be in on Saturday 29 June. As throughout the month, a nurse will be there ready to answer all things prostate cancer. Find us at the between 9am-4pm!

    Don’t panic if your little one has grazed themselves whilst playing outdoors! Most cuts and grazes are minor and can easily be treated at home – stop the bleeding, clean the wound and cover it with a plaster or dressing
