It's happening everywhere. It's a Trump strategy (hate giving him benefit of doubt that he has a strategy). Really effective w/his 'base', one of the reasons he started 'rallies' almost immediately after occupying. Say it over and over and you'll come to believe it's true.

Opposition is moving this way, too. I find myself almost believing unbelievable reports until I check background further. Maybe it was before but I just didn't notice. Finding I have to do my own fact-checking constantly. It's tiresome for an old woman.
