Right focuses on individual medical cases (Terri Schiavo, Alfie Evans), left does not. Even during Obamacare repeal debate, left mostly cited stats--"millions will lose insurance"--rather than illustrative case Not sure why. Prefer anecdote/emotion to data for political argument?

Well, they've tried. Billy Koehler, for example, as a "guy who died because he couldn't get insurance". But I had to Google it to recall the name. So I agree the right plays the anecdote card more effectively on this topic.
