Trump mostly uses suspect reasoning in his speech. He could claim the Washington Monument keeps alien invasions at bay, so unless you're gonna tear it down, how do you argue it? He'd have prevented WW2, the Civil War, etc, etc. He "would have" anything that sounds "good".

If he wants to fantasize that he'd have gotten a much better deal in 2015, fine. But if he's fantasizing that withdrawing in 2018 will result in a better deal for the US, that's both stupid and dangerous.

True. But that's also his M.O.- he basically gives vague "catch-all" statements so that he can claim he was "right" either way. It's fustrating to watch on such a constant basis.

The deal was crafted by the world's best nuclear scientists, to include a wide range of methods for determining if Iran is adhering to the terms of the agreement. They are. Compare that to claims of the stupidest POTUS ever, and the racist lawyer J Bolton; both just grifters.
