Colonized modified by “cyber” - not such a stretch between that and “normal” given the state of technology and social media use these days. Maybe cyber-terrorism would be more accurate - look at the 2016 election result that all those Putin bots helped pull off!

That’s not cyber-terrorism. Terrorism is an action by non-state actors that harms civilians for political purposes. A big state did it, and no one was physically harmed.

Disagree. It is “state-sponsored” cyber-terrorism because it is directed at civilian populations to get them to act in a certain way. Here, it was to vote for Trump. Hence it was for political purposes.
