I think it would have been harder under Hillary, no? It's harder than it would have been with another GOP president, I'll agree with that.

I mean as president he’s created obstacles rather than smoothed the path. A Republican Congress would’ve passed a lot under Hillary (look at how many times they repealed the ACA under Obama). But yes, she would have vetoed, while Trump signs.
