As somehow who despises Trump, I agree that fighting against his agenda is more important than symbolic impeachment.votes (and praying Mueller does his part).

A future impeachment vote makes sense if: 1) Proponents first present a strong case of the "high crimes and misdemeanors" Trump committed (obstruction of justice, abuse of power, corruption, etc.) 2) They have the votes to pass it (which might have to wait until after midterms)
-
Agreed. 1) Depends on Mueller. 2) Depends on working like crazy to fight Trump policy agenda and elect Democrats in 2018.

Yeah, because it hasn't been at all partisan till now!? And there's nothing wrong with taking sides when you're supporting the American people (in word and action) against corporate thunder-whores.
-
I'm not sure what "corporate thunder-whores" have to do with the strategy of impeachment votes.
-
It has less to do with strategy and more to do with calling these criminals to task when they overstep. You can focus on planning all you like, though your apparent criticism of people who are actually trying to do something concrete and powerful is off putting, 2 say the least.
