votes, the Senate had to scramble to keep the debt to 1.5 trillion. And inadvertently forgot to lower the minimum % of tax businesses are required to pay. Previously the minimum was 20%. It is still 20% in the Senate bill. Businesses pay 20% with or without deductions. End

Oh and now they have to reconcile the 2 bills and stick to no more than 1.5 trillion debt. Should be fun to watch. Votes will be changed.
