DID Trump obstruct justice?: Some evidence points in that direction, but it's debatable. CAN a president obstruct justice?: Yes. Obstruction of justice was part of articles of impeachment against Nixon and Clinton. IS it ok if the president obstructs justice?: No. No it is not.

Flynn lied to the FBI? Let me see if Comey will let it go. Comey won't let it go, I have to fire you, Mike. Man, Comey REALLY won't let this go. "I fired Comey because of the Russia thing." ...not sure exactly HOW debatable that is tbh.

Would you prefer "unsettled" instead of "debatable"?

I'll agree w/"unsettled" but for my own edification, didn't Flynn resign? Or more accurately, DJT didn't "fire" him. Right?

Impeachment is hybrid process combined of legal and political implications. When most people speaking Trump being charged with criminal obstruction, they mean the federal crime. Congress can impeach for anything including calling anything "obstruction of justice" if it has votes.

While a sitting president may not be prosecuted for Obstruction of Justice *while* in office, he can be after Impeachment. The way Mueller's going about things, he is preserving the Doctrine of Dual Sovereignty; so @realDonaldTrump can't be pardoned & *can* be tried-st./fed.
