Yes, but less extensive. Under JCPOA, Iran agreed to greater restrictions--and inspections to verify them--than any other country under NPT.

And if JCPOA falls apart, Iran has an excuse to kick out inspectors, while international community lacks leverage to get them back in.

JCPOA is a separate issue from NPT, right? So if Iran prevents inspections under NPT, do you think the Europeans will also let that slide?
