      Authorized intervention on 2011 with US air power. Also authorized war against ISIS starting in 2014 which is up to 5k-6k ground troops.

          Doesn't matter whether it's war/conflict, the American people like to elect hawks. Or presidents turn aggressive when faced w/ threats.
