Trump saying US can't confront Saudis because they're "spending $110 billion on military equipment and on things that create jobs" = Lie. He's happy to confront Canada, Mexico, Europe, who all buy a lot more from US than Saudis, creating more jobs. (Also, that $110B figure is BS)

Fact check on $110 billion figure here:https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2018/10/11/trumps-billion-arms-sales-saudi-arabia-still-fake/?utm_term=.b3cccf9d9b61 …

He said “can’t confront”?
-
The direct quote is in quote marks. He said it rejecting sanctions and other confrontational measures Americans have proposed. Also highlighted Saudi denial, which resembles his treatment of Putin, Roy Moore, and Rob Porter. Maybe he changes direction, but I wouldn’t expect it.
-
Gotcha. He also said he’d call him and confront him about it. So, do you have a *relevantly analogous* case where he “confronted” Canada etc?
