Me too. I never suggested otherwise. We're not going to get clear proof, one way or the other, but we're going to have to make a decision anyway. I talked about "refuted" in the article because Kavanaugh said the accusations have been refuted and that's incorrect.

It means he should be confirmed, or at least that this accusation should not prevent confirmation. It would be incredibly ironic for a justice in the United States of America of all places not to be confirmed because he was assumed guilty unless proven innocent.
