No evidence general public moved. Recent polls have Kavanaugh approval net-negative, and there hasn’t been time since additional allegations broke. But Republican politicians are sensitive to Republican voters’ opinion, and that seemed to swing based on Whelan and new accusations

Yes, but the tweet I retweeted didn't specifically speak to Republican voters in point one, but rather you said public implying that in point 2 you're also talking about public as a whole. I just disagree that the GOP are changing tactics in response to base.
