Absurd that so many are yelling “innocent till proved guilty!” That’s the criminal court standard. Civil court standard is less strict (probability.) Public opinion court even less. Job interviews less again. Lifetime seat on SCOTUS? Surely not criminal court standard.

Exactly. If we were talking about putting him in jail, that would require beyond a reasonable doubt. But we're not. We're talking about whether it would be best for the country if he's elevated to the Supreme Court, rather than someone else nominated by President Trump.
