I disagree. Apply a standard less than that required in court and no one will be confirmed because everyone will be accused by the opposition. FYI a spouse’s corroboration is not worth anything.

Gorsuch, Alito, and Roberts all clear the high bar on personal integrity. So do Sotomayor, Kagan, and Garland. Miers too, though she withdrew after criticism regarding experience. That's everyone nominated in the 21st century before Kavanaugh. No need to lower our standards.

A standard of proof as in, not going bananas just because an anti-Trump points a finger a that 11th hour with an allegation that she doesn't know where she was or even when she was and she was most likely drunk but .... That is beyond ridiculous.
