Honest question: What's the difference between a politician "giving a speech" and a politician "lecturing"? What about Obama's speech made it "lecturing" rather than "arguing" or "campaigning"? He goes into schoolmarm voice on occasion. Easier to notice it when it's something you disagree with him on. In this week's speech, the four minutes he spent blaming Millennials for Trump winning was Obama at his worst.
