Stop 25th Amendment talk. It's for incapacitation (stroke, got shot). For abuse of power, obstruction of justice, bribery, etc there's impeachment. Needs 1/2 House + 2/3 Senate. 25th needs that + VP + cabinet majority + 2/3 House. Why go for option that's harder and a worse fit?

What about mid-stage Alzheimer's or a mental illness profound enough to affect judgment? Isn't that "incapacity?" And while we in the public can't make those diagnoses, they are very much non-risible explanations for the man's erratic behavior.

In theory, with an official diagnosis confirmed by multiple doctors that have independently examined the patient, then it could apply. With just diagnoses from afar, especially by non-professionals, absolutely not.
