What about mid-stage Alzheimer's or a mental illness profound enough to affect judgment? Isn't that "incapacity?" And while we in the public can't make those diagnoses, they are very much non-risible explanations for the man's erratic behavior.

In theory, with an official diagnosis confirmed by multiple doctors that have independently examined the patient, then it could apply. With just diagnoses from afar, especially by non-professionals, absolutely not.

The 25th Amendment talk is as valid as impeachment talk, maybe more so. There’s no public knowledge of impeachable offenses. People close to Trump have supposedly remarked on apparent instability. Granted, impeachment is an entirely political move.
