That's anything but the case with "Luke Cage," which is nothing but lose ends ater the last episode. Luke's off to jail, Diamondback is stil alive, Black Mariah is sitting pretty. "Luke Cage" ends but it doesn't conclude. That last episode, woof, what a dog's breakfast.
IIRC, it went Daredevil, Jessica Jones (which introduced Luke Cage), Daredevil 2 (which introduced Frank Castle), Luke Cage, Iron First.

I'd skip defenders. Way too fucking much Iron Fist. If you took the amount of Danny Rand in one episode of Defenders, and then spread that one episode-worth over the entire season, that would have been ok.
