Mueller indictment alleges a candidate for Congress requested and received stolen information from Russian hackers. Doesn't say who. But if it's a sitting Member of Congress, that'll be something. Especially if it's someone who's been trying to discredit the Russia investigation.

To those guessing about the unnamed Congressional candidate in Mueller's latest indictment: We don't know enough for informed speculation. Don't even know if the candidate won. And post-election behavior isn't a clue. Congressional Republicans back Trump for all sorts of reasons.

Do we have any information from previous reporting on Guccifer to speculate about which states were implicated? Eg. Florida, Pennsylvania... which others?

I don't know. Roger Stone and a FL-based Republican operative are the ones I know of, but there's no reason to think that is (or is not) a complete list.
