New indictment against 12 Russians for stealing and disseminating Democratic emails explicitly does not accuse any Americans of knowing about or aiding this effort. Brilliant. Separates Red-Blue partisan divide from US-Russia national divide.

Mueller's not going to push for impeachment, or mention it anywhere in his report. People need to give that dream up.
-
Not explicitly. But the special counsel will produce a report providing evidence for impeachable offenses or not, much like the Clinton and Nixon independent counsels. They've surely drawn conclusions based on the evidence before them, and will write a report reflecting that.
-
Congress will do what Congress wants to do, regardless.
-
Agreed. Though my prediction is still a report in September or October, giving voters the option of factoring it into their decision, thereby making the Congress that will do what Congress wants to do somewhat different than the current Congress.

Nothing will come out that close to the midterm. That would discredit Mueller and he's not an idiot.
-
We'll see. I make this as a value-free prediction. Definitely not a sure thing. But that's my guess.
-
Nope. No way he does anything that could be construed as interfering with the election. Never happening.
-
If the report is ready, and they deliberately keep it from the public, that's interfering in the election too. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Like Comey in October 2016.
