What could be a greater threat to democracy than election interference?
-
China as a governance model? Nuclear-armed terrorists? Information bubbles and "post-truth"? Climate change? Voluntary sliding towards authoritarianism? I could make a case for any of these (you may disagree), but my point is identifying the single greatest threat doesn't matter.
-
Agreed those are all threats to our country’s well being but democracy hinges on the vote and election process. If the vote can’t be trusted or can be manipulated by outside forces, you can’t have anything which can be called a democracy.

Maybe a Russian nerve agent is the single greatest threat to him. Not absolutely confirmed but still worthwhile asking.
