Restored power transmission service in parts of Pampanga today, 31 July, at 4:27PM. Affected: PELCO 2 (Pio and Manibaug) and SFELAPCO-FB Reason: The outage of Hermosa-Floridablanca 69kV Line was caused by a power customer facility affecting the entire line.
