They did the same thing to Jeffery last year and then rescinded the tag later in the off-season. I'm hoping for different results this time around.

I hate to burst your bubble but a transition tag is exactly that.... it allows him to be a free agent but the bears can match any offer he gets so still a good chance he goes to another team
