This is only a “top ten historic game” to you, due to you being an Eagles fan. For many others this seemed like any other boring game. It’s always nice to see a good defense, but there wasn’t one. Totaling up 1,200+ yards is the most boring a game can get.
-
The majority of people I’ve talked to, regardless of fan affiliation, thought it was an amazing game. It was back and forth, no one ever able to get a distinct advantage, came down to the last play . . .

This might go down as one of the most forgettable Super Bowls ever. The game was boring, the half time show was boring. In 20 years I’ll remember Peyton Manning’s final ride, Patriots down 28-3 against the Falcons. But this? Only Eagles and Patriots fans will remember this.
-
Says the Redskins fan. It was a tight game that went down to the wire. There are many more forgettable Super Bowls, I think most people could find it memorable for the story lines alone, let alone the close game
-
Just saying that it felt like a college game to me, it constantly went back-and-forth with touchdowns. The only part that caught me off guard was the strip sack and Barnett recovering it, big moment for Barnett’s career.
-
I think it comes down to preference. I like a good shootout, but I also would’ve enjoyed a slugfest. At the very least, it wasn’t a blowout and it feature Tom Brady so I don’t think it’ll go completely forgotten

49ers. They have JimmyG they are the better team. Cowboys Dak is a QB who can’t throw for 200yards

The Refs seemed to also destroy another game!!
-
No they didn’t it was great officiating
-
That’s the only Pats game I’ve watched since week 13 that didn’t have questionable calls against the opposing team. The Pats got a good fair loss in this one.
#refgatesover -
Right but if they won it would have some how been the refs fault GTFO
-
If they hadn’t called Ertz catch a catch, then there would have been a completely different narrative about the game. Facts are what they are, many investigations are being done into the refereeing in those previous games already so.... eat cake.
