Doesn't matter when Wentz comes back. Eagles will have a down year in any event. They're not positioned to contend again.

@dak studies Wentz to become a better QB, I kid you not!
Real news!
-
I think Wentz studied Dak after going 7-9 his rookie season.
-
Naw. Wentz had free agent DGB, 5th string WR on the pats Jordan Matthews, and Agholor that forgot how to catch. This year he had competent NFL talent and actual NFL WRs. Dak on the other hand, lost a LT and RB for 6 whole games and forgot how to play QB.
#KnowTheDifference -
So he had competent NFL talent or elite NFL talent? Which is it? And I expect a quarterback that loses the two best players on the team to struggle. We saw how bad Wentz looked in 2016 when Lane went down
-
Never said he had "elite" talent. He had legitimate bums as outside WRs his rookie year, similar to what Dak will have this year. If you compared 16/17 at all, the middle of the field opened wide up for Nelly and Ertz because we had real threats to catch the football.
-
He had unemployed Ryan Mathews as his leading rusher. His Z WR and #1 RB we're unemployed the next season, his #1 target is a #4 or 5 WR this year. Y'all wanna act like he had all stars at every position, when all they did was get actual NFL starters.
-
Wentz lost his HOF LT and #1 RB as far as carries at the time and his play literally only got better. The difference is Wentz is the best player on his team, and Dak isn't. It's painfully obvious, and it's really not a debate.
-
And yes it is completely fair to say Dak set a high standard for Wentz to follow.

No need to rush him back some people don't realize how serious the injury was. You also have the luxury of having a great MVP superbowl winning QB in Nick Foles. So in my opinion wait till he's 100 percent, he is the
