    Korsnick tells the panel: - Nuclear Waste Fund has $41 bn in its coffers. - The balance in the fund is growing by $1.5 bn per year. - Lawsuits from the government's failure to move waste costs $2.2 million per day. We need to resolve this, and Congressional action is required.
