HEY JOE BIDEN! Stop advocating murder! If you shoot for the leg, you have a chance to hit the femoral artery, which would cause the victim to bleed out. Looks like you didn’t take highschool science.

OK... so someone can die from bleeding out in what, 4 minutes? if shot in leg.. should be more than enough time for a tourniquet or other field dressing. shoot to kill is in most situations unwarranted
Wow, I was taught wrong then. See now if I learned from NCIS which pops up in most google searches 4 mins is correct. But a fully severed femoral artery should bleed out in about 1:30, but enough blood loss will knock you out in about 30/45 seconds. That’s what I was taught.
