Correction, he has 5 pending felony charges, 1 misdemeanor and 2 traffic violations from a prior date. The 2 traffic will only stick. Legally allowed to carry per federal law.

Federal law doesn’t have an age requirement on long guns. You can legally Possess, sell or trade at any age. Federal law also overrides any state law or state constitution.

STFU and stop coming up with these made up laws. The Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA), which regulates firearms at the federal level, requires that citizens and legal residents must be at least 18 years of age to purchase shotguns or rifles and ammunition.
