STFU and stop coming up with these made up laws. The Gun Control Act of 1968 (GCA), which regulates firearms at the federal level, requires that citizens and legal residents must be at least 18 years of age to purchase shotguns or rifles and ammunition.

I literally just posted that information. Please tell me, you do know how to read right. Is someone posting for you? It's your constitutional right to carry, the constitution is the highest law. Even WI law has the exception (WI 948.60(3(c)).
