      The 2nd amendment doesn't overrule any of those rights. Assault with a deadly weapon and attempted murder are still crimes. People merely owning guns does not impede your rights. It shows you what rights you actually have.

      You really need to read up on history. The 2nd wasn't created to arm citizens, only created to prevent government from taking the only thing that allows citizens to fight back against government control.
