I think he should have stopped service @ 10. The longer you drink, the drunker and less cautious you get.

So stopping them at 10 while drinking at home or hell even a friends. But let’s face it, they can just purchase more during the day. Stopping altogether will only hurt the state. Alcohol is doing nothing for COVID, what difference will restricting sales do.
