Bothered is the wrong terminology. They confronted the white woman because they rubbed shoulders and the white woman didn’t apologize. So they started harassing and confronting her not allowing her to leave (a form of kidnapping).
I wouldn’t say it’s a form of kidnapping, but more along the lines of false imprisonment. Restricting someone’s ability to move freely. They could have ran them over but then would be facing other charges. Right now with everything going on, the couple will be charged.
