      Why would they have to have my back? Am I getting sued or are you implying that Democrats will take them to court trying to make sure their ads get out there like they did with Facebook and Twitter. We will see if @parler_app censors anyone. If they don’t, no reason to sue.

      Lol, I believe there’s a clause like this in all platforms. It’s a little more discrete in Twitters TOS. I believe it’s worded different in Twitter TOS : Limitation of Liability. Highly doubt they are going to sue or charge members. They will lose them if that happened.

      They aren't the same and you know it, but I agree that it would be a huge incident if they forced some Proud Boy to pay legal fees because he violated some law on hate speech.
